01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and oklaro ("oklaro," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the oklaro online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at oklaro.one and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games on oklaro, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one oklaro account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account verification (KYC): Oklaro may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by oklaro may result in account suspension or closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Oklaro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify oklaro immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Oklaro reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the oklaro Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Oklaro accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
• Oklaro does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Oklaro does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which oklaro accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will be processed only to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Oklaro does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before processing any withdrawal, oklaro may require completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to the completion of KYC may be held pending verification.
• Oklaro aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests.
• Oklaro reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Oklaro may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms at the time the offer is made.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, arbitrage, or collusion will be considered abuse and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Oklaro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Bonuses that remain unused for a period of 30 days from the date of issue may be forfeited at oklaro's discretion.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the oklaro Platform operate in accordance with the following principles:

• Random Number Generation: All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is designed to produce outcomes that are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by oklaro or any third party.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP): The theoretical RTP for each game is available within the game's information section. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Game-specific rules: Each game on oklaro is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.
• Malfunction policy: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, oklaro reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Oklaro's decision in such circumstances is final.
• Disconnection: Oklaro is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or device failure on the player's side during an active game session. Where technically possible, game sessions will resume from the point of disconnection upon reconnection.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oklaro Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to oklaro immediately.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the oklaro Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the normal operation of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

08 Responsible Gaming

Oklaro is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of the duration of their active gaming session.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without oklaro's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oklaro's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your oklaro account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Oklaro shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond oklaro's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information provided on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit oklaro's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data
