Account & Registration

Creating an oklaro account is straightforward. Visit the Register page, fill in your name, email address, mobile number, and preferred password. You'll need to verify your mobile number via OTP before your account is activated. Make sure all the details you provide match your valid Philippine government-issued ID — this is required for identity verification and future withdrawals.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on oklaro. This is in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. During the verification process, oklaro will confirm your age using your government-issued ID. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately suspended and any funds returned.

Account verification (KYC) requires you to submit a clear photo or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID. No. Each player is allowed only one oklaro account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited. First, wait a few minutes — most deposits reflect instantly but occasional delays do happen, especially during peak hours. If your balance hasn't updated after 15 minutes, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation (GCash receipt, bank transaction reference, etc.) and contact oklaro support via live chat.
